Roasted Vegetables


  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 bag of Brussel sprouts
  • 2 yellow squash
  • handful of baby carrots
  • olive oil
  • Stan’s Stuff


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  3. Coat the baking sheet in olive oil and toss the vegetables in the olive oil.
  4. Spread them evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle Stan’s Stuff on top.
  5. Roast them in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
